– the contact form (https://domeniul-dragasi.ro/contact) collects the sender's first name, last name, telephone number, and email address and uses them strictly for the purpose of facilitating communication, to send the sender's message to rezervari@domeniul-dragasi.ro and to allow the recipient (DOMENIUL DRAGASI SRL) to respond. These messages are stored on the server that hosts the domeniul-dragasi.ro website for the duration of the email communication between the sender and DOMENIUL DRAGASI SRL. This data is not transferred outside Romania. 

– the order form in the online store (https://domeniul-dragasi.ro/comanda-vin-din-crama), necessary as an interface between the customer (the website user) and the supplier (DOMENIUL DRAGASI SRL), collects the customer's email address in order to send notifications regarding the status of the order and the financial and accounting data required by law, in order to issue the invoice to the customer. The form also collects the delivery address for the products purchased by the customer, in order to deliver them through partner express courier services. Returning customers have the option to request that their previous billing and delivery data be stored, in order to facilitate future orders. This data is not transferred outside of Romania. 

– the newsletter subscription form collects the names and email addresses of subscribers who choose to receive periodic information about the products offered by DOMENIUL DRAGASI SRL. This data is transferred to the Mailchimp online service. 

TRANSFER AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA 

DOMENIUL DRAGASI SRL may disclose personal data to third parties other than those mentioned in the "PROCESSED DATA" section only in cases of good faith where such actions are necessary for: the operation of the website, the store, and card transactions, or compliance with the requirements of the law.
